![]() Again, Mary did her best, so this is no reflection on her, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which Dashlane is set up to resolve technical problems. It had gotten so long and confusing, I could not even locate a recent email from Mary because it was buried in a barrage of lengthy emails between me, Mary, Roxanne, and I don't know who else. I have a string of emails that has to be in the 30-40 email range since mid-April. I have repeatedly said that what Dashlane lacks and is sorely in need of is telephone support, or the ability to remotely access customer computers to resolve complex problems that the average user cannot resolve. However, in the end, and after nearly two months of endless emails and convoluted instructions, I finally was able to resolve the problems myself. ![]() ![]() Honestly, Mary was very pleasant and she tried to help. ![]()
